How do I login to my account?
You must first login by clicking on "My Account" in
the top right area of your screen. From here you will be presented
with the area to enter your email address and password for login
purposes. Once you have correctly
entered your login information, you will be taken to your account.
How do I change my account
details?
Follow the login instructions. Then once you have logged into your
account, you will be taken to your profile.
Click on
"edit" to update or change your details.

Do I have to create an account?
If you wish to make a purchase on VintageShopper, we need your
shipping information. When you enter this info, we automatically
create an account for you. You do not however need an account if
you just wish to browse.

What are the benefits of creating an
account?
By registering with VintageShopper.com and setting up an account
with us, you will receive specials and discounts via email, as
well as being notified about new products and auctions. You will
also be able to setup a wishlist which can be e-mailed to your
friends and family -- a great way of sending them some ideas if
it's your birthday or Christmas is around the corner. You will
also be able to update your address / contact information so as
to speed up the the shipping process. An advanced Search is now
available, where you can be more specific in what you're looking
for by choosing from categories and price ranges.

How Do I cancel my account?
Login to your account and choose "cancel account" in the left menu.
This cancellation has nothing to with your PayPal account, only
your VintageShopper.com account.

What is a wish list
A wish list is a list of products that you are interested in receiving
as gifts. You can email this list to friends and family as a friendly
reminder / hint. In order to create a wish list you have to setup
an account with VintageShopper.com. This feature will be added
shortly.

What if I have forgotten
my password
If you have forgotten your password, click
here. We will automatically
send your password to the email address you originally provided
us when you registered. Check your email and retrieve the password,
then login. If you're still having trouble, please contact
us.
