How do you calculate your Shipping Costs?
Our shipping charges are calculated by your total. There
maybe additional shipping charges for over-sized or very heavy items.
However, these charges will be built into the sale price of the item.

How long does it take for my package
to arrive?
Your package usually takes between 7-10 days, depending on how
far you are geographically located from the warehouses. Sometimes
however, products are out of stock and have to be back ordered.
We will contact with you an estimated time of arrival, should such
a situation arise.

How do I track my package?
Once your package has been mailed, we will supply you with a
tracking number which will give you access to information to see
where your item is currently situated in the country.

What if my package gets
damaged?
Packages will get damaged by mail services from time to time, and
this is beyond our control. Contact us if this is the case, and
we will provider you with instructions and additional information.

What if my package never arrives?
Your tracking number is proof that your package was sent. However
the delivery service may make mistakes that we cannot control.
First try to contact the shipper / courier and see if they can
locate your package. You
may also have been away from home while they tried to delivery
the package.
