
How do I find a particular item on VintageShopper?
You can use the tabs along the menu near the top of your screen
to browse by the relevant category, and then narrow it down by
sub-categories
that will appear in the left menu. Another way is to use the search
tool located beneath our logo / crest in the top-left of your
screen, to
enter a keyword or item number. E.g. if you're looking for mirrors,
type in "mirror " and hit GO and you will receive a
list of all items that contain the keyword, "mirror" either
in their product title or description (or both). Note you can
use the "advanced search tool" to located by price, and category.

How do I place an order?
If you see an item that you wish to purchase, click on the . At this point, you can either
continue shopping, or
proceed to checkout. Once you're at the checkout point you can
make your purchase.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept MasterCard and VISA, and if you prefer you can also use
PayPal, which handles VISA,
MasterCard,
Novus,
American
Express

What is PayPal and its
benefits?
PayPal is a very highly rated and secure on-line payments processor
that is used by over 6 million members in 26 countries worldwide.
You don't have to be a member of PayPal.com to complete an online
credit card transaction but membership makes your payment process
very fast, and it only takes a few minutes to complete the registration
process on PayPal. PayPal is completely free for US buyers and
lets you charge the payment to either your credit card or checking
account. Credit card payments made through PayPal are instantaneous.
If you do prefer to use PayPal, complete your order as normal, and send us an
email that you wish for us to process in this manner. We will then bill you using
out PayPal account, and you can then make the payment, as normal.
