A few questions often come up about making your purchase.

As far as credit cards go, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club. We also accept PayPal and Amazon Pay. As far as accelerated checkouts, we accept Shop Pay, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

We have to charge sales tax to California residents. This is determined by the shipping address provided.


We get it, you've fallen in love with an item or two and want to make sure the treasures arrive in a timely fashion. Please keep in mind that our products are unusual, and in some cases custom made. This can add to the overall time to deliver. But we promise, the little extra wait will be worth it.

We ship world wide. There are however certain products that have restrictions which limit where they can be shipped.

This depends on the items you purchased. In some cases, products are made to order, which adds to the delivery time. If you have a certain product in mind, please contact us to determine when you will likely receive the item. Please also keep in mind that the COVID situation has put tremendous strain on global supply chains. Please be understanding through this difficult time.

We want to make life as easy as possible on you. That's why we offer FREE shipping within the US, on all our items. For international orders, shipping is $15.

Depending on where you live, you may have to pay important duties and/or VAT before you can receive the package. This only applies to shipments outside of the US.

Returns and exchanges

We're confident you'll love your purchase, but we also understand that things can go wrong. 

It really depends on the item you purchased. In most cases, there is a 15 day return policy, but there are some items which have a no return/exchange policy. For more information read our Refund Policy.

We definitely want you to love your item, but if for whatever reason you're not happy, please contact us and we'll take it from there.

If you're looking to earn some extra income, then you can join our program to earn commission on referred sales. 

You can use our product photos or ads (found in your personal dashboard) and paste them into your social media streams, blogs or websites. To link over to Vintage Shopper, use your unique link to ensure sales are tracked. Once a customer makes a purchase, you are credited for that sale, and will earn commission on that sale. For example, if the customer purchased an item worth $100, you will earn $10.

Once you reach $50 worth of commission earned, we will deposit the money into your PayPal account. Make sure you've setup your PayPal account in your Partner profile.
