The Red Flower and Calligraphy Framed Bookplate Print brings a richly colored botanical image together with the character of an illustrated page from the 1500s. A large red bloom takes the central position, flanked by smaller leafy stems beneath lines of reproduced calligraphy. The warm cream background and detailed plant forms give the composition a romantic, old-world presence.
The black beaded frame provides a restrained surround for the vivid flower, making the print a considered focal point above a small console or writing desk. Pair it with darker wood, simple pottery, or quieter botanical studies so the red remains the principal accent. The combination of lettering and illustration also lends itself to a reading nook or a thoughtfully assembled gallery wall.
This is a modern bookplate reproduction, not an original page from the 1500s. It is custom printed on archival photo paper and presented behind glass in a handmade frame. Five size options are available, with the appropriate hanging hardware included. Allow three to four weeks for the made-to-order piece to ship.
